All patients have the right to express a preference of practitioner if they are available to book.
The practice premises have suitable access for al disabled patients, we have hearing loops, wide doors for wheelchairs and access to a disabled toilet.
The practice has a car park for patients to park in. You can access the surgery easily via bus transport too.
Travel Vaccinations – If you are travelling abroad and need to have travel injections, please visit the reception and you will be provided with a form to complete.
